A descripitve word for undulating, rocky land, regularly found in Scotland, the Lakes and Northumberland.

a textbook you're supposed to buy for a class but never end up using

etymology: textbook + extraneous = textraneous

I'm not buying any textbooks for this class until we're a few weeks into the semester. I have a feeling we're not going to use all of them and I'm not throwing away money on textraneous books

The feeling that someone who is more powerful than you, and could possible crush you mentally or physically, but you can't help but think, "Goddamn that person is crazy, but, dat ass."
