An eccentric, ditsy, arcane, funny, person. Is generally a goodnatured and sympathetic person. Not to be confused with a "wackjob," who can be nasty,or violent.

Aunt Rosemary's fondness for multiple cats, Minnie Pearl hats, and alien abductions was never a source of shame for Fred, but rather a source of pride. He thought it surely must qualify her for the mythical "Wackadoodle Hall of Fame."

often used when wake and bake cannot be said around other people .

wake and bake is when someone smokes a quantity of marijuana early in the morning ,or whenever they wake up and stays high throughout the day.

its has a spanish connotation but does not come from the spanish language

An individual person, or politician, who continually makes foolish statements, comments or surmises. Usually such statements or comments when made online are hidden behind screennames or aliases.

Speaking on soldiers trading images of war dead for porn, John Timor said "In prison, people trade for cigarettes. This is no different. You are all slaves."

John is a wackaloon.
