A type of parlay bet. Betting the Moneyline on an underdog, along with the Over.

Let's say the Indianapolis Colts are favored over the Houston Texans by 5 points, and the over/under is 42. You would say: "I'd like to put in a Tooch Specie on the Texans over the Colts"

You are betting that Houston wins the game outright, AND that the total number of points scored in the game exceeds 42.
