Commonly used as an insult, someone with a fadgehead has a women's vagina on their forehead, usually slightly off-centre. Where it has been derived from is unclear.

A sigh or any variation of an expression for relief usually invoked after taking a long and relaxing piss.

Can also be used when sitting down after a piss.

The fudgeweed is sexist and is an experience that can only be enjoyed by the male penis. It cannot be confused with the orgasm, as the latter is slightly better.
