2. An unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand about dreads without knowledge, thought, or reason.

Dreadjudice 

An assumption or judgment made about people with deadlocks without sufficient knowledge about that person's political beliefs, lifestyle, social class, sexual orientation or religion.

Tom: "Dude, look at that chick with the dreads. I bet she's a vegan who reeks of patchouli".

Kyle: "Stop being so dreadjudice man."

The employer was clearly dredjudice toward John. That's why he didn't get the job.
