A phrase used to describe somebody to good looking to be pure, a virgin, or a good girl/guy in any way. Demons are known to be seductive in a beautiful and decisive way. Angels, on the other hand, are pure, elegant, virtuous, and beautiful in a simplistic way.
so basically when saying "Damn he is just to hot to be an Angel," you are saying he is to hot to be good.
