The five Kages of the five leading countries are as follows: Hokage (Fire Shadow), Kazekage (Wind Shadow), Mizukage (Water Shadow), Raikage (Lightning Shadow), and Tsuchikage (Earth Shadow).

Only the strongest ninja can become Kage.
