Bullying Dole Bludger 

A dole bludger who not only takes the piss in the usual sense of mooching off government income support, but then takes it too far by targeting pack outrage against people they don't know who make statements that are different to their opinion, playing the victim as soon as there's a response that they can seize on & engages in posting whether they have been blocked and/or forced their target to make their twitter account private as a self-congratulating ritual.

This type of person is not an advocate for welfare policy - they are a bullying dole bludger.
