A word used to describe a fourth meal. As opposed to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Almost always eaten in the middle of the night. Usually, but not limited to, immediately after waking out of a deep sleep and returning to sleep shortly after eating.
Tony: You have been gaining weight recently.

Tim: Well eating forengines for the last 3 nights isn't helping either. breakfast lunch dinner midnight snack brunch binge eating
