Monecracy  

(pronounced mo-neh-kra-see) A government whose decisions are based entirely on monetary gain and increase of power instead of the welfare of its citizens or relations with other countries on the world stage.
The legacy of George W. Bush will be remembered more for being a Monecracy then a Democracy.
