The blending of the two words Repulsive and Pungent. When something or someone is so disgusting it is offensive to the eyes and the nostrils.

A person of the Republican Party with a "steadfast" conservative OPINION, living a HYPOCRITICAL "christian" lifestyle, as well as posing as "patriotic americans" (pretend patriots). They will parrot terms that they hear on talk radio, use sound bites as credible evidence, and are indignant with their OPINIONS that are fair and balanced according to their high school EDUBICATED guesstimates.
