A scandalous, fraudulent, sceme, scam, enterprise or activity, used by tweakers to scam innocent people out of money to score drugs.

As I sat outside at a picnic table, some tweakers approached me with some made up story about needing money due to job loss. I was very aware of the gammet they were obviously trying to run.
