Younker 

A Younker is a sexual maneuver most commonly performed while rimming. The partner being rimmed farts in the rimmer's mouth and then proceeds to tongue kiss said partner with fart breath.

The other night I gave this chick a filthy Younker in the back seat of my Buick LeSabre in the parking lot of Younker's department store. The car, as well as our breath smelt of fart.
