Maximin 

The opposite of minimax (search on Urban Dictionary). The combination of the words minimum and maximum referring to the maximum effort that sometimes leads to minimal results.

I always encourage my students to NOT to do the maximin, and rather, the minimax, as working harder for no payoff is not a good work ethic to have!

A person (usually a guy) who shows consistent composure and skill.
It is pretty impossible to hate a maximin due to his speed you will suffer much embarrassment and cry.
