Mockeracy 

(noun) A government that claims to be democratic, but in reality they have systems in place that indeed make it less than democratic.

A “mockery” of democracy. In terms of the literal sense, and how they are mocking individuals by acting like they are democratic, when it is abhorrently obviously they are not.

Ex. Putting the word democratic in your country’s name when it is totalitarian

Ex. A country that holds democratic votes, all the while killing and/or imprisoning political opposition from the party in power at the moment, or in general just undermining democratic process in some way, shape, or form.

Russia is a mockeracy if I have ever seen one.

Mockracy 

A mock democratic government.

A government that attempts to maintain the front of democratic system, while it simultaneously serves the interests of only a small group or entity.

A democratic government that largely ignores the rule of the majority in favor of special interest.

Upon the the turning over of campaign finance laws, the US looked more like a mockracy than ever.

Vicious Mockery 

A spell in the 5th edition of DnD, which allows a bard to damage a creature by insulting them.

Essentially, it's a way to kill creatures using deez-nuts jokes.

DM: The dragon is bloodied and seems like it's on its last points of health. Bard, you're up.
Party: Please, don't use Vicious Mockery...
Bard: He fat.
Dragon: dies.

And that's how we stopped playing DnD.
