emanent nihilism

The concept of light or language as the center of the mind.

The idea that ontology is effected from language and points toward the human mind.

Black light.
Emanent nihilism solves the conundrum of deterministicism (arbitrariness) by pointing ontology at rather than away from the mind.

Ontology is effected to emerge from language rather than the mind.

This means that reality-in-the-mind is arbitrary as opposed to language centric; ie. the mind-in-reality emerges before reality-in-the-mind can modulate it with language.

Thus language-centricity is reality; and absolute.

Language-centricity--but not language--is absolute.

eminent domain

Formerly the idea that the government could buy your house and use the land for a road or school or park or something that bennefited the public. Recently redefined by the supreme court as communist style thing that lets the government take ur house and sell the land to Wal-Mart so they can collect more taxes
Eminent domain seems more and more like something only commies would do.

Eminent Domain

A once benifical law used to aquire lands from owners at market value who refuse to sell for the use of public goods and servaces. i.e. railroads, roads, powerlines, parks. Was used only in extreme cases when the expence to goverment would be far to high i.e. a road is already built with one house in the way of expantion. Due to a recent appalling ruling by the supreem courts contary to the U.S. constution and the creation of De Jure Naturae et Gentium it now allows for city corts to STEAL!! land from private owners for private use and gain i.e. taking houses and farms for malls factories for less than market price.
"Go ahead and try to claim eminent domain on my residence for private gain see what happens you'll need more than a swat team to get me out"

Eminent Lo Mein

When property, like a Chinese restaurant, is seized by the Chinese government to make way for another public-sector or private-sector enterprise and inadequate compensation, or no compensation at all, is paid to the owner of that property.

Alternatively, it would be a prize given to a professional Chinese chef who makes the best lo mein around.
When the Three Gorges Dam was built the Chinese government declared Eminent Lo Mein and thousands of Chinese restaurants were seized and shut down in order to make way for the new reservoir.

Hu Wang Fat makes the best lo mein in Albany, NY. He should receive an Eminent Lo Mein award Culinary Institute.
