A word used in Northern Ireland. It is a method of consuming drugs through a bottle with tinfoil on the top and a small hole in the bottom. The bottle is filled with water to create a vacuum and draw smoke into the fucket

Fucket 

Northern Irish, typically Belfast slang. A 'fucket' is a soft drinks bottle, typically a 2 litre sized bottle with a small hole burned at the bottom, filled with water and used to smoke cannabis in a simalar way to a bong.
Can also be called a 'Joe', 'Waterfall' or a 'lung'.
