Jamaican slang term used to refer to a close friend.

Originates from the concept of your co-defendant or co-accused before the courts. Your chargie was the man you got charged with in a crime. Hence the name "chargie". A close friend or comrade you were charged with and fought your freedom or got your sentence alongside and remained loyal friends. Someone you been through some experiences with.

tard-charge

When you put a tard in charge of a task. This tard will be a completely stupid and useless ass nigga who can't do shit. Examples include: avetard, cottard, ou tard, caltard, and bart tard but there are many more eligible tards too.
I put york in charge of doing the GTA mission to start the heist, but i should have known better than to leave that task for a tard-charge.
