When you delay something, typically a game, more than once.

Developer: We need more time finishing the game.
Publisher: Alright, we'll push the release date by 21 days.
Developer: 21 days isn't enough.
Publisher: If it isn't then we'll just have to do a CyberPunk.

Friend 1: The game got delayed again.
Friend 2: Dude, you totally just got CyberPunked!
Friend 1: I should've realized the release date was too good to be true.

A person who is new. A term usually encountered while gaming.

Not to be confused with noob.

Evan was new to the game and was kept being referred to as a newb.

Someone who never learns. A term usually encountered when gaming.

Fact allergy 

Someone who is oversensitive to facts, especially when it does not conform to their current beliefs. It's usually a close-minded person too proud or stubborn to admit when they are wrong or when someone they admire is wrong. In debates it's commonly accompanied by talking over the other person or as loud as possible to stop the flow of facts.

As a religious man, Bob went against the overwhelming consensus of the scientific community by refuting evolution on national TV in spite of all the facts. Bob interrupted by quoting scripture as the scientist tried to explain radiometric dating. Bob must have fact allergy.
