A person or individual that deliberately or more commonly due a careless attitude, fails to observe the appropriate dress code for any given occasion. Mumpkins can always be found atttending funerals.

The word is a bastardisation of 'pumpkin' the squash plant n Cinderella that albeit temporary, still delivers an appropriate transformation on the night of the ball.

A condition where the male partner in a relationship clearly adores or is simply in love with their current partners sister. Given the opportunity all those diagnosed with this condition would instantly embark upon a new relationship with the sibling, at the drop of a hat.
