Croledance 

"Corporate pole dance" A gesture or speech an executive makes to save face during bad times. For instance , at some point just before the CEO closes an event he showers accolades on his peers (many true but just as many of the compliments are untrue).

“It looks like our CEO saved his severance package because he did an excellent croledance before he announced he would be leaving”.

One version of the croledance is when executives mention how hard it is for them to implement layoffs, off-shoring or outsourcing.

crape 

Corporate rape – What happens to longtime employees when their jobs are outsourced or off-shored.

“Buddy got ‘craped’, he lost his pension and insurance when they made the big layoff announcement. He worked for the company for 29 years, 364 days when they fired him”.

croped 

Corporate groping – The act of feeling out your predecessor before he leaves the company, usually performed under duress. When performed with consent this act is usually called training.

“The conditions of receiving the package included training my replacement, I felt ‘croped’!”
