A unique form of discrimination and oppression that originates at the intersection of transphobia and misogyny. Transmisogyny mainly affects trans women and transfeminine people. The term was coined by transgender activist and writer Julia Serano in her 2007 book Whipping Girl.

A prefix that when ascribed to political identities refers to individuals who claim said identities in secret so as not to incur political persecution. The beliefs these individuals hold are usually bigoted and/or socially unaccepted such as with crypto-fascists and crypto-TERFs.

An individual who has complicated or complex feelings about shipping discourse and/or feels that the anti/proship dichotomy is regressive and without nuance; thought by some (typically antis) to be no different than proshippers.

A unique form of abuse perpetrated by someone with a personality disorder specifically due to that disorder. It is thought by many to not be a valid form of abuse (having no scientific and/or medical research behind it) and that using the term(s) is a form of ableism which further demonizes personality disorders.
