Agarthan Cope
The Agarthan Cope is defined by people who complain in an effort to inspire other people of competence to bring positive change on behalf of the complaining party while the people of competence do all the work. The complainer then acts entitled to the fruits of the labor (positive change) achieved by the said inspired people of competence even though they never actually put in any effort other than complaining. Another form of this is the weak male who is just another ideas guy.

"Revolutionary? Come on... this guy never took action in his life, he's just a mouth, mouthing off in his Agarthan Cope, talking tough and waiting for rougher men, or the crowd, to actually do something about it!"
