describing those who are of albanian origin. it is especially used for the ones that live outside of albania in kosovo, macedonia, montenegro & greece.
a very unwanted peoples in the balkans, a very low-caste peoples, thought of as low as gypsies, sometimes even lower. known as land grabbers/snatchers. ones that wish to make a greater albania and support this ideal, which they claim lands of montenegro, serbia, macedonia & greece.
the real sole reason why the albanians declared war in kosovo was to claim the land for albanians and join it with the current albania. not for human rights, that was propaganda. there proganda war in macedonia failed miserbly

an abbreviation of the name 'muhamad' in croatia, bosnia & hercegovina, and being that it is a very common name for the muslims of bosnia, it is used as a slang for someone that is a bosnian muslim.

the same way that sarkis is used for lebanese christians.
