Youth disconnection affects future income of a specific individual and the nation. The Covid-19 pandemic increased the youth disconnection rates.

marshmallow test 

The marshmallow test, tests a children’s willingness to delay gratification. Sort of a self administered positive feedback for delaying gratification. Children get a marshmallow, with the opportunity to get a second marshmallow if they wait 15 minutes before eating the first one.
During the Covid-19 Pandemic the marshmallow test is misaligned for most who don't think they can get it. If they delay gratification by social distance and wear a mask and wash hands and delaying certain activities where these things are not possible they don't get a extra marshmallow but they may get a few extra years of life and have a relative and friend a little longer.

artisanal 

The application of a person skilled in an applied art or craft. Identification of high-quality product made in limited quantities, usually by a skilled crafts-person or artisan.
At one time even the construction workers took pride in their artisanal skills which they applied in very intricate details in the construction process. Now it is mostly high price chefs with the artisanal skills, whose work is quickly devoured.

bed-wetter 

Someone who openly doubts and/or worries excessively about a political strategy and related outcome. Someone who does not have the guts to tackle controversial political issues whose outcome is difficult to address.
When you come up with a buzz words like Defunding Police to convey a concept like rethinking the police as the panacea for all social problems there will be a lot of politicians will become a bed-wetter.

Tiny Man Square 

The area of White House grounds in Washington DC.
'"Tiny Man Square" in modeled after Tiananmen Square, in that it is now walled off and democratic protests are not allowed in the area proper. Even the people that work in the area cannot not protest or whistle blow without being fired.

tactical dispersion 

tactical dispersion

A term for spreading or separating of personnel, materials, strategic elements, bases, and/or activities which might otherwise be concentrated in limited spaces to minimize vulnerability.
The use of social distancing and tactical dispersion terms by security forces during domestic protests need to be carefully phrased, so they are not misinterpreted.

Accelerationist 

White supremacists that accelerate civil disorder and polarization and disruption of civil and political order by infiltrating social justice movements and accelerating the anger and violence and creating disorder within them. The System they believe is a facade with only a few hapless leaders that maintain it. Accelerationists hope to initiate a negative feedback systems where violence begets more violence, social turmoil, and people are forced into more extreme positions out of frustration and anger and will collapse the system and will ultimately result in racial polarization and racial division and separation of the races.
The protesters started out with a pretty clear goal of social justice and human rights for all. However, the protests soon became infiltrated with a few accelerationist who have stoked the anger and violence and looting and burning to make the perception of the protesters and their movement into the perpetrators vs the victims of social injustice in the eyes of the majority.
