Get the SpongeBob SquarePantsmug. A mixture of two words, 'Naruto' and 'Retard,' a Narutard is a huge anime fan of the anime/manga series Naruto. They love the characters truly, by cosplaying their characters with cheap clothing. Anyone could be a Narutard with ease, such as I.
Narutards usually didn't read the manga or watch the Japanese version of it. They usually fantasize about yaoi/yuri pairings that are unbelievable, like if this one guy kissed this other guy and married each other.
Also, if one is a Narutard, they are most likely to post definitions here on Urban Dictionary about their most loved characters and most hated characters.

I just laugh at this one little definition at Urban Dictionary as I type in a more mature definition of the word at the site.

Get the Yaoimug. Not to be confused by noob, a newbie is a newcomer to anything. Newbies can spell, but they lack in what's new to them. Noobs and newbies are kinda opposites, in a way. Plus, newbies are usually more respectful than noobs.

Get the Newbiemug. The person who is the man and the woman of the forum or site. They can do anything, use the ban hammer on members if necessary, is a global moderator, and even edit user profiles, and much, much more. Sometimes, with money, you can do a lot of other things, like buy to turn off ads, etc.
Administrators have all the power, but, if you are an admin, please do not abuse your power, especially when using the ban hammer.
