A licking motion of the tongue similar to mlem or blep. Usually done by animals, particularly cats and dogs, and to catch a mlomlep on camera is a rare moment.

When a dog forgets to put its tongue back in its mouth, causing the tip to stick out. Same thing as blep in cats.

Mocha is asleep on the couch with a blop hanging out of her mouth.

A person from outside Scandinavia who loves all things Scandinavian the way a weeaboo is obsessed with Japan. Can be used in either a positive/self deprecating manner or as an insult.

I'm such a Scandiboo, I dressed like a Viking for the formal dance.
