culisimo 

Spanglish for something that is very cool (coolest). In formal Spanish, culisimo means "assiest" (or really big ass).

The word was coined 30 years ago in an episode of the PBS situation comedy "Qué Pasa U.S.A.?", which depicted the often humorous and sometimes poignant culture shock of a Cuban-American family in Miami.

Here the word is used in both senses (a really big ass and something that's very cool):

What a culisimo on that mami! It's more than cool, it's culisimo!

The most densely-populated city in the U.S., sandwiched-in between New York City and Jersey City. Once inhabited mainly by Cubans, it is now home to Latino immigrants from all countries. The only place you can have an authentic Cuban sandwich east of Miami.

Union City is the "Little Apple."
