Some man who calls himself the "mayor" of Richmond, Virginia, but literally no one has ever heard of.

He loves doing war crimes, chloroacetophenone, real estate, gentrification, cocaine, Dominion Energy CEO Thomas Farrell, doing sweeps of homeless encampments, making cardboard cutouts of his face, telling lies, Crown Victorias, and living at Miller and Rhoades Apartments.

I am aware of the video of what *appears* to be a police cruiser attempting to run over a group of protesters. I saw no criminal activity here and I did not see a problem. This quote was leaked, but it is real.
