What some restaurants put on their menus when they mean "au jus". Lyon's restaurant used to serve a "french dip with au jus". We joke that they should serve it "avec with au jus".

Sometimes written as "with au jus sauce"

Google "french dip" "with au jus" and you'll get thousands of hits.
