Once a decent organization promoting 2nd amendment rights and responsible gun ownership, the NRA is now a giant collection of nutcases and idiots who think people calling for laws to regulate guns and keep them out of the wrong hands is code for "repeal the 2nd amendment and take everyone's guns away".
Hey NRA, no one wants to take away your rights. We all believe in the Constitution and want everyone who obeys the laws to own guns if they want to. But when a crazy person can walk into a school and kill 27 innocent people-20 of them Children-then clearly something is very wrong here.

Get the Combustable Lemon mug.The first Monday in September. Made to honor the working men and women in the United States, though mainly known for cookouts, parades, days off from work and school (which is usually just beginning) and being the official last day of summer (while the last day is technically Sept. 20, almost every summer related activity shuts down after Labor Day).
Me and my girlfriend had a killer Labor Day weekend. Now I'm depressed knowing I have to go back to work and that Autumn is right around the corner.

Get the Persepolis mug.Hilarious 1980 movie. After the navigator and both pilots are among multiple people on an airline heading to Chicago from Los Angeles that get sick from some strange foodbourne illness, a doctor and two flight attendants seek the help from everyday man Ted Stryker (the ex-lover of one of the flight attendants) who has trouble just going near a plane since he made what he believed to be a bad move during an airstrike in the Vietnam War.
The movie is known for it's very random humor (i.e. a group of reporters is getting info about the crisis when one of them says "Okay boys, lets get some pictures". They then walk over to a wall with framed photographs of airlines and randomly start taking them down and walking out the door).

Get the Airplane! mug.A person, often an adult in their 40s or 50s, who resides in any suburb of a major city and holds the firm belief everything they and their family need is in their suburb and others surrounding it and rarely, if ever, venture into the core city, either out of fear of being a victim of a crime (even if they live near a city with low crime rates) or out of contempt for the cities mostly liberal/open-minded view points that clash with their staunch conservative ideas.
Militant suburbanites are not very common in communities within 15 miles of the core city and make up less than half a metro area's population, but they are not common to spot, as they feel the need to conform to whatever their neighbors and/or coworkers are doing. Militant Suburbanites that do venture into the city usually tend to stick to the most crowded areas of the city and will avoid any form of public transportation.
