b.8/05/1956 the cutest and eldest daughters of the Bradys. Looks like Amanda Bynes a bit and Lauren Conrad a LOT. Played Marcia Brady for five years on "The Brady Bunch" (ABC-TV/1969-1974), and recent wrote a memori entitled "Here's the Story". In case you forgot, her TV sibs were Barry Williams as Greg , Eve Plumb as Jan -"Marcia, Marcia, Marcia---I were that I were an ONLY CHILD!, Chris Knight as Peter, Susan Olsen as Cindy, and Mike Lookinland as Bobby, plus Ann B.Davis as housekeeper Alice, Florence Henderson as mom Carol Brady, and the late Bob Reed , as father Mike Brady.

Maureen McCormick's one of several cast members, the two others being the two other Brady Girls who pulled out of various revivals.

Her book shows an interesting and shocking read.:) Published in fall 2008.

Oh..and I STILL prefer Maureen..sigh..to Jan ! SORRY MIDDLE CHILD!!!

Guy Lombardo

Famous ultra-easy listening "big band"started circa 1925 Royal Canadians who lasted from the twenties to the seventies when the leader died in 1977, then revived in the 1980s. Often and unsurprisingly, given the changing tastes over the century and plus, if remembered at all today, maligned as horrid by usually the clueless critics who don't know how much people needed a laid back mellow dance. Understandable opinion, though, since the band reflected as they called themselves, "The sweetest music this side of heaven" and should posthumously remain THE symbol New Year's Eve.Because of the uber-old-fashioned and "conservative" sound, rooted in their 1920s beginnings, they were often either overlooked or ignored and thus erased from post-1940s write-ups by many critics, thus still later largely forgotten by susbsquent generations, yet his "Royal Canadians" dance orchestra included many jazz stars.Guy died 11/05/77.PS UNLIKE Justin Bieber, another performer who is hopelessly corny and attacked, Guy Lombardo 1902-1977 had amazing talent & know how, even though supplanted in post-1940s eras.

Hairspray

The movie by New Line Cinema, released on July 20, 2007, based on the Broadway Music by Mark Shaiman and Scott Whitman IN TURN based on the 1988 film by John Waters, about chubby teen Tracey Turnblad, who helps integrate a dance show known as THE CORNY COLLINS DANCE SHOW.
Nikki Blonsky, Amanda Bynes, Zac Efron,Michelle Pfeiffer},John Travolta, Christopher Walken,Queen Latifah}, and others are in it. A fun show. Favorite supporting chaarcter is Amanda Bynes's Penny Pingleton IMO.

Jennifer Lawrence in Hunger Games} is an archer so on the spot, that though born August 15 she could have made a great Saggitarius. All she needed was to be born between November 24 and December 22 instead of August 15.

Famous Saggitariuses have no entire common trait, everyone from Donny Osmond to Walt Disney to Jim Morrison to AnnaSophia Robb are Saggitariuses as well as myself (even more of a reason to write this entry.)
