Gym casual is more relaxed than black tie, business casual, or casual attire, but more formal than pajamas.
Sarah was thrilled when the invitation called for gym casual attire. No need to spend a dime on new clothes or be uncomfortable. And with her spandex leggings on, she can eat whatever she wants.
