Someone who leaks information (by choice of word, emotion, or feeling) about subjects not under discussion.

I was talking to the leaker. By his choice of words, I felt he was recounting emotions about a subject I was not interested in. "Speak to me in English about that," I said to myself as we concluded the conversation.
