To hold multiple views simultaneously, which may appear discordant with one another, on a given subject or idea.

I have a parapinion on complicated topics like taxes. Many people expect me to have a simple, single opinion. Instead, I can see the pros and cons of higher taxes (or lower taxes.) Or why we may need to change tax rates. It's not a matter of a single opinion.

digiopathic 

Demonstrating a disregard for the sociological and economic consequences of technology. Strong preoccupation with technology as a purpose or goal unto itself.

Mark Zuckerberg is digiopathic. Despite building a successful company, he shows no regard for the consequences of his invention. E.g. Jeff Bezos digiopathic pursuit to build Amazon has cost countless small businesses.
