it means "you feeling alright" it is asked to people that have mental issues and cant think straight. what i mean by that is PEOPLE WHO ACT LIKE DAMN IDIOTS it isnt really used alot but it could be used in texts because saying that irl makes you seem madder than the person that you are saying it to.
