White people, particularly those from the southeastern US. Inbred suggests an incestuous family history, which is common in states like Georgia, Tennessee, or Alabama, while paleskin obviously refers to the white race.

mayo devil

(Somewhat derogatory) A white person, implies a nefarious intent behind the white race. Mayo relates to the white color of the condiment and its popularity among whites, and devil implies a sinister intent behind either an individual or whites as a whole.
