The Original Agahnim's definitions

Clown

Someone that expects the world to be a friendly circus or casino.

She was too serious looking and sounding for someone who had always had the spirit/soul of a clown. And she was also too argumentative and willing to act on violent negative impulses she didn't acknowledge having for someone that was a clown deep down, (the kind of clown that sets things on fire, sinks a hammer into the back of someone's skull, or shoots/has somebody shot dead) which isn't really funny. For a natural comedian and lover, she was mighty hateful and serious looking/sounding though she claimed to be about love, light, and hope rather than darkness, hate, and despair/desperation (to win at everything). So the world continued to look at mostly males or other people that seemed to be more suspicious than her, even if it was getting harder and harder to find people that were.

Free pass

Something not everybody has had.

The outsider girl had had a free pass for years to fuck with a town she wasn't from, and anybody's lives in it. If she didn't hold her own town sacred, that was her business, if she didn't hold somebody else's sacred, it was theirs.

Male attention

A female singer doesn't need the attention of any one male in particular, but without the attention of any males, wouldn't her sex cease to be superior to males? She would really become one of the guys, one of the rest of the guys, an equal, a nobody, a loser, and any other insult you can think of for a guy that doesn't spend his entire life trying to prove he is something other than that to a female. The queen would no longer be the most powerful piece on the chess board, because their would be no more game, no more board. She could seek the attention of females, but she would no longer know having the support of mixed company, the police and court systems, and society at her disposal, and female suicide rates might even catch up to their male peers for the first time in history, since the two sexes would be equal. Living something closer to the reality males live, crimes committed by females might get more violent, and they might have to spend as much time in jail per crime as males for the first time in history if that hapoened, since the two sexes would be equal. All attention from any male would be unwanted, and there would be no guys left to play, so females would have to form their front line, and males would have to form theirs. There would be no guys left to play against each other as good people and bad people, they would all be the enemy based on their sex.

Her money and power didn't depend on the attention of any one male, but if all males ignored her, would she still keep trying to beat them on their own turf or would she straighten herself out a little bit? Perhaps the world will know one day, but until then, that's the way it is. Guys haven't been too good at resisting giving away their male attention freely, perhaps females would get as angry as guys are used to being all the time if they did.

Survive

Anyone can survive by doing anything to survive, but not everyone knows how to really live, to be alive, and be something other than just their suffering and problems.

A survivor will never get that their is more to life than surviving and suffering, because that is the life of a survivor. Detailed descriptions of every bad thing they claim happened to them without any redeeming stuff that people would actually love or miss about them. The point of life is not to survive it.

Forge

To copy or imitate a person for a desired image, usually as a way to deceive a person or group of people.

Roberta Ford had to forge an image in fire to get the respect that he/she thought was owed her.

Olympics

The Olympics are just games, so at the end of the day, if you're an athlete, hopefully you do what you want to do no matter what, from winning a medal to having a good time and not winning anything at all. It's not about what other people want you to do, since they are not there. What makes people happy and doing what they love isn't being lost, being lost is not having found something you love to be doing.

The Olympics are games, and people sometimes turn them into something beyond human. Life is not a comic book.

Grief/tragedy/sympathy/hope industry

A cynical industry where you hear the same kinds of stories and lines over and over to the point that it's a joke that isn't funny (the false hope and optimism sky is going to fall again tomorrow industry).

Person that survived storm- As long as nobody gets hurt, I don't care if I lose everything else.

Grief/tragedy/sympathy/hope industry Reporter- That sounds convincing.

5 years later after recovering from loss of loved one the person gets to thinking and it hits them- As horrible as it makes me sound, too horrible to put on TV, though nothing will hit as hard as me losing a loved one or an animal, I really do miss that couch and TV, even if I got another one. It sounds inhuman of me, and yet deep down anyone else would miss their shit at times if they lost it, even if they didn't tell anyone that they did. If they didn't miss their shit, they wouldn't get a house to put it in, but if they did get a house and wouldn't miss their shit, they'd live in an empty house, since nothing would be sacred there. If people are being honest with themselves and true to life, they also miss material things even if they miss the living things more.
