False optimist
Somebody that keeps trying to tell you it's all good between you and them (despite every indication to the contrary) or that you've forgiven and forgotten everything on their end, even though you're not forgiving or senile by nature.
The real cynics are the ones that seem to think everything is okay with everybody all the time, or that everything will be okay, so people shouldn't worry. That is false optimism, and people (a false optimist) who think that way are not good liars.

NIMBY
The bubbly girl called anyone that didn't share her values of dollar signs and winning above all else, with nothing sacred a NIMBY. She was really mad because nobody in the neighborhood wanted her or her cronies around, and yet they were still there.

NIMBY
The bubbly girl thought she was clever, so she called anyone who disagreed with her point of a view a NIMBY until she got what she want to happen in the neighborhood to happen, even though unlike the people she was calling NIMBY's, she wasn't originally from the neighborhood, or one of them. She was really mad about nobody wanting her around there.

Climate change
A trend that people are getting more arrogant, to the point they think they now have full control of the weather, and they think humans were the major factor in events like the Ice age. There is no lesson from a storm, it's simply nature (nature has no assigned sex male or female, neither does a storm, the names come from humans) showing people again and again that it can wipe out anything humans (whether they were male or female) ever created. Some people would call that God in an attempt to explain it, others would try to explain it with science, but really it's simple enough that it doesn't really need any explanation.
Climate change is an attempt by humans to claim that they have nature under control, and that if nature is out of their control, it is because they made it that way. It's not just male humans that have that kind of arrogance, it's all humans. The good news is at least it's killing us in large numbers. If any species deserves to suffer in large numbers, it is humans.

Lucky
Not losing everything isn't lucky, since luck never had anything to do with whrn or where a storm would hit. The grief tragedy sympathy industry tries to tell you how much worse things could be or how much more you could lose as a way to manipulate you into feeling better about not losing everything, and that seems like luck, but you wouldn't call everyday living where you don't lose everything good luck, since luck has nothing to do with it.
There is no such thing as lucky in natural disaster. You're either somebody that got hit by it, or you're someone that didn't, but nobody is lucky.

Hurricane
You should never allow anybody that doesn't pay your mortgage, rent, or bills to tell you when you can enter or leave your own home, it's yours not theirs, safe or unsafe. A hurricane or a pandemic does not change that, your home is not the same as a business. If you have to wake up and fight to return to your home, or to leave your home, that's what you have to do.
By default in their game (that of the military/national guard backed corporate entity broadcasting mandates and orders such as evacuation orders) you have no rights. If you never wake up and fight, you might end up with no home or belongings either. They can't control every single person that lives in an area, there are too many people to control every single one, they're only trying to make a herd of the masses so that everyone is together, following each other to a slaughterhouse. A hurricane or pandemic doesn't change the name of the person paying the mortgage, rent, or bills, so why would you allow someone that doesn't pay any of those things to run you off from your home and tell you it's because you're lucky or in your best interest, or for your safety. They're looking out for themselves by doing that, not you. People that remember Katrina know that after the way FEMA handled it.
