Someone who looks especially ridiculous or reprehensible while swimming in a pool, especially those who are adults and are on or using a floatation device, such as water wings.

Check out those floatards over there eating Popeye's fried chicken in the swimming pool.

The act of T-bagging by a person who is missing one testicle, or a uninut.

vagillating

vagina + vascillating = vagillating. When a PMS'ing woman is being an indecisive princess. Related to male condition of manstration but with indecision.

She says, "You're going out with your friends tonight, and I don't want to go out with your friends, but I want to hang out with you. Maybe I should go out with you. No, maybe you should just stay in with me. No, maybe I'll just stay here all by myself and watch Steel Magnolias on VHS."

I say, "I'm going out. Come with me if you want, but you'll have to stop vagillating."
