To go about snorting a powdered drug, usually cocaine but not limited to mdma, meth, and painkillers like vicodin or percadin.

A table used to bust rails on, thus the name. They are clear or see-through tables and screens, like glass or a mirror, used to sniff powdered drugs on.

Hey, you see that plastic table-top on the teachers desk? I bet if you took that part off it would make a sick rail table.
