Julian Casablancas

He says he doesn't want to be known, I think he is lying. He wants to be known, but not for the women/men he's had or the cars and houses, he wants to be known for his music. And, I think, after "Room on Fire" he has made that certain. He is cool and uncool about it, but what is for sure is that he means well, he cares for the craft and not in it for the money.

Julian Casablancas is someone I wouldn't want to hang out with, because of drinking/drugs, but I enjoy his music and I'm glad I live in the same time slot as him.

funtubular 

Originally 'fantubular' (a mix of fantastic and tubular) it quickly evolved into the more pronounceable 'funtubular', which is used to describe an amazing or fantastic time or experience. Can be used to describe a person or place with fun or similarly tubular attributes.

"Oh, my GOD! Today was so funtubular! We went to the beach, the zoo, then back to the beach with the monkeys!"

"Dude, that Jim is totally funtubular. He just bought everyone passes for Disneyland."

Soccer mom

a white suburban woman..... upper to middle class, who drives either a mini van or an SUV to shuttle her "precious cargo" to play dates, soccer practice, little league, PTA meetings. All the while, endangering the lives of other drivers and pedestrians on the road with her lead foot and cutting people off in traffic. A woman who also has an affinity for Starbucks, forcing her children to listen to Yanni, imposing time outs on her little "angels" instead of the more deserved smack on the ass that these little shits deserve, and maintaining her trophy wife status to her executive husband..... Mostly....... A woman who has no idea how to actually raise a child by her own wits, just subscribing to the BS that it takes a village.......
