Decline

Another word for gentrification, where they get enough people living somewhere to stab or shoot one another to move everybody out and buy (really take) the land cheap when it becomes a ghost town.
A lot of neighborhoods in Detroit and places like Detroit would have once been considered by some to be like what suburban areas are now, nice neighborhoods that had houses with lawns, outside of downtown and the business/commercial/industrial areas. The neighborhoods didnt really decline, they did get rid of a lot of people the same way they got rid of a lot of white people after World War 2 in the larger cities, and nothing and nobody replaced many of the people that left Detroit recently. A neighborhood that once was filled with Italians or Jews or another group might become a black neighborhood, but gentrification is the same no matter what the shade of skin of the people that live there, it is a human neighborhood.

Rapists anonymous

A group rapists go to quit being rapists.
Girl-He raped me, the guy sitting across from me.
Rapist 1-I've been coming to groups, I haven't raped anybody in 2 years.
Rapist 2-2 years? You sick son of a bitch, I've been coming to groups for 10 years now and I've been able to keep my pants on for as long as I've been coming to groups.
Rapist 3-I just took a 12 year old girls virginity the other night, I don't know if I should talk about it since you guys are doing better than me.
Rapist 1 and 2-No we don't judge in Rapists Anonymous.

Saint complex

Somebody that feels guilty about something in/from their past.
His/her saint complex was a way for him/her to convince himself/herself that he/she had nothing to hide from anybody.

Too rough to be true

Outroughing other people beyond any other level of roughness, unbelievably rough.
Dude, your little brother/sister is too rough to be true. I don't know who he/she is trying to be now, but it certainly isnt who he/she was growing up.

Poser

Someone who represents something they're not in everyday life.
1) George W Bush is a poser, he's from Connecticut and poses as a Texas boy.

2) The midget behind the counter calling the soccer dad a suburban geek was from suburban Philly himself, which made him both a poser and a hypocrite. He was one of the hypocrites who thought everybody wasn't a hypocrite, especially himself.

Mailbox

It's unwise to practice or do something like a mailbox on somebody you're not on good terms with. Not everybody is playing like you are, know that before attempting stupidity.
Turns out the guy they thought was the new guy was not looking to get in on any games they were playing, including mailbox, or get accepted as one of them. He had had many other people in his younger years who thought he was somebody to fool around with, including a mollycoddle at home .

Gwinnett

Gwinnett County is not Atlanta. It's not far, and depending on traffic, the trip isn't too long, but it's not in Atlanta, it's not the same neighborhood. Memphis, TN is certainly not Atlanta. So nobody from Memphis or Gwinnett county would say they were an Atlanta native because it would be false. Most people from Memphis or Gwinnett would say they were from Memphis or Gwinnett, and they would be happy enough with where they were from and who they were that they wouldn't feel a need to say they were an Atlanta native.
A poser is someone who is not who they say they are, and most people don't want to be known as a poser, so they tell people where they're really from when someone asks, since it's hard to trust somebody who would think of lying about something as seemingly harmless as where you were from or what your favorite color was as something everybody does all the time. Most people don't look to benefit from saying their favorite color or where they are from or who they are is something different than what it really is. Gwinnett is different than Atlanta, just like green is different than blue. People who want/choose to live in Gwinnett have their reasons, just like people who want/choose to live in Atlanta have theirs, but to try and say you live in Atlanta when you live in Gwinnett to gain something is no good. It would be like a business based in Atlanta having a Gwinnett address that didn't exist while people were sending money there, thinking it was a legitimate business.
