Hurricane Katrina

A very large hurricane that made landfall on August 28, 2005, a few miles to the east of New Orleans. Was a category 5 hurricane with winds in access of 170 MPH at first, but weakened before landfall to a strong category 4. Flooded 4/5 of new orleans, and wiped out many small communities along the coastline. Hundreds dead or missing. One of the worst hurricanes to hit the U.S. in recent history.

Thank god Hurricane Katrina didn't hit houston, and bless the souls of those who did get hit...

Urge

Microsoft's attempt of challenging the dominance of Apple's iTunes. Created with the help of a pact with the Devil (also known as MTV).

The next chapter in Microsoft's desire to monopolize every aspect of electronics, right after their Xbox 360 console.

Will Urge flop? who knows/cares....

Bleach

The first album realeased by Nirvana. It was recorded for around $600 for the relatively new record label Sub Pop. All in all, it only ended up selling 35,000 copies, and those mostly around their native Seattle. Some diehard nirvana fans claim it is their best abum, others say that it shows promise but is not that great. Also, it is their only album before Dave Grohl became the bands drummer.
It has a much more raw sound than Nevermind, and overall is more true to the spirit of grunge.

Some good tracks off of Bleach are Love Buzz, School, Negative Creep, Blew, and Sifting.
