A gelatin or "Jello" shot. Made by mixing the gelatin (formerly made of horse-hooves) with vodka or a smiliar liquor in place of water.

I had ten hooves and piss at the party last night!

kukicha

Japanese tea made from the roasted twigs and trimmings of the tea plant.

I drank three steaming cups of kukicha before bed.

genmaicha 

A Japanese tea made from roasted tea leaves and toasted rice. Occasionaly, popcorn is added to the blend.

The genmaicha was extremely relaxing.

hojicha 

Japanese tea made from roasted green tea leaves.

The hojicha's warm toasty taste filled my mouth.

matcha 

Japanese tea traditionally used for the tea ceremony. Made from powdered green tea leaves. Prepared by whisking in a bowl with hot water.

Yuki mixed matcha for us as part of the tea ceremony.
