An abbreviation for "laugh out loud throw a midget in a river." Often used when rofl and lmao and lol get old. Also commonly used as antihumour, to make the reader seem like a complete noob.

-Did you see that video of a walrus doing sit ups?
-Yeah, loltamir.

Having the affliction of saying you forgot something that was really your fault and blaming it on someone else.

From the Daily Show with Jon Stewart:

"Cheney, your complaining about your plan? Can you ever lose? No wonder you're ever wrong!... I think it's become very clear: Dick Cheney is now in full-blown stage four Balzheimer's."
