The questionable nigga minute stems from its uncertainty of when a given thing will be completed. Not to be confused with the normal minute (60 seconds), the nigga minute has no confirmed time frame.
Bob asked when Jamal was going to pay the rent. For which Jamal replied, "That's gonna take about nigga minute".

A person that is both a rookie and a heimer. Not to be confused with the 'dingleheimer', this individual is (a) wack, (b) a noncontributing ZERO, (c) someone you definitely do not want to party with, be associated with, and especially not seen with. However, a person can experience rookinheimer lapses in their daily routine, not to worry, these will pass.
