Not to be confused with the 'dingleheimer', this individual is (a) wack, (b) a noncontributing ZERO, (c) someone you definitely do not want to party with, be associated with, and especially not seen with. However, a person can experience rookinheimer lapses in their daily routine, not to worry, these will pass.
