Road Rod 

An erection one gets while riding in a vehicle, usu. caused by the vibration of the vehicle's motion. It often occurs on public transit or at inconvenient times during travel.

dicktion

1. The choice and use of words and phrases in speech or writing by people who are mindless fad-following sheep, cast members of Reality TV shows (esp. Jersey Shore), or general assholes.

2. Pronouncing words and using phrases that are a mismatch with one's cultural background.

Alternate spelling: dickshun (often the result of dicktion is to be ostracized and shunned by co-workers, friends, and family members, which likely gave rise to this alternate spelling).

After Sam began imitating "the Situation's" dicktion, he lost all of his friends.

Tom, the whitest whitey there is, had embarrassing dicktion using phrases such as "wazzup in the hizzy my brizzies?" and pronouncing "didn't" as "di'in't"

shampathy

The appearance of sincere concern yet with insincere motives, usually with the goal of gaining sexual gratification or the positive appraisal of one's personality by others. nb. Males usually seek the former goal, females the latter.

Tony knew that Emma had just lost her boyfriend and he figured a little shampathy might get him laid.

Andrea thought Josh was a really nice guy when he came to console her after losing her father. However, after Josh tried to grope her while giving her a hug, Andrea suspected it was just shampathy.
