A synonym for stingy, it is of kurdish origin, describes someone being so stingy they won't spend money even to feed themselves.

My friend was being so hawramy yesterday, i had to break off the friendship, he wouldn't even turn the ac on his car on.

This word had a kurdish origin.
It originally described a land of property.
But nowadays due to the desertion of the said location, is used to describe a location with nothing but rocks and boulders.
